Baoding Tuoba Battery Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2013. The first phase of the project covers an area of 200,000 square meters and employs over 1,000 people. The company is engaged in the research, development, production, and manufacturing of automotive starting lead-acid batteries and is one of the larger lead-acid battery manufacturers in China. The company possesses advanced production equipment and operates on a large scale, including 6 expanded grid production lines, 3 punched grid production lines, 28 grid casting machines, 15 units of 28T lead oxide mills, 10 paste coating lines, and 18 battery assembly lines. The daily production capacity reaches 3.5 million plates and 35,000 assembled batteries, with a planned annual capacity of approximately 10 million KVAh. The company is equipped with advanced quality inspection facilities and a technical quality control team of over 40 members, implementing seamless quality monitoring from raw materials to finished products. The goal is to minimize waste during production and achieve zero defects in final inspections.
The company has comprehensive production certifications, including Quality Management System, Environmental Management System, Occupational Health and Safety Management System, IATF 16949 Automotive Quality Management System certification, and China Classification Society Type Approval Certificate, among others.
